What this notice covers
This notice explains how the Melo Energy website handles information submitted through the project-inquiry form and how optional analytics and marketing technologies are controlled.
Assignment inquiries
The inquiry form may collect your name, work email, company, assignment type, preferred working model, expected duration, target start, delivery location, technical environment, assignment description, and information you choose to provide. Melo Energy uses this information to assess consulting fit, evaluate a potential business relationship, communicate about the inquiry, and maintain appropriate business records.
The form is processed through Formspree. Do not submit confidential, export-controlled, privileged, personal, health, financial, or safety-critical information through the public form. A suitable confidential channel can be agreed after initial contact.
Analytics and marketing technologies
The site is prepared to support Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and an optional Meta Pixel. These services remain inactive unless production identifiers are configured. Where configured, non-essential tags are controlled by the site’s consent panel.
You may accept all optional tags, allow analytics only, or decline. Use the “Cookie settings” control in the footer to change the stored preference on this device.
Measurement events
The site may measure page visits, service-page engagement, calls-to-action, LinkedIn-link clicks, form starts, and successful form submissions. Inquiry content is not intentionally sent as analytics-event data.
Legal basis and retention
Melo Energy processes inquiry information to take steps at your request before a potential contract and for legitimate business interests in responding to prospective clients. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, related business records, security, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable law and necessary business records. Use the project-inquiry form and select “Other” to submit a privacy request. Include enough detail to identify the prior inquiry without resending sensitive information.
External links
This website links to LinkedIn, Formspree, public patent and paper sources, and media-source pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, measurement stack, or legal requirements change. The current revision date appears above.
